Job :

JOB MISSIONS

Purchasing:

Manage local suppliers and service providers.
Collect, analyze, and validate needs expressed by different departments.
Establish and follow up on purchase orders and contracts with suppliers.

General Services:

Manage and monitor external service providers.
Ensure supply management: stock monitoring, distribution, order placement, and reception.
Oversee the vehicle fleet: oil changes, insurance, claims, maintenance, etc.
Oversee the IT equipment.
Monitor insurance and maintenance contracts.
Ensure the upkeep of premises and equipment.
Manage and track necessary interventions and repairs.
Ensure the proper functioning of the company's resources and infrastructure
