Manpower is looking for, for one of its clients, a large company operating in telecommunication infrastructure, an HR Administration Officer

Job :

Reporting to the Group's Human Resources Manager, your missions will be:

  • Liaise with the external payroll provider to verify regulatory compliance;
  • Analyze employment contracts;
  • Record hours and attendance and manage electronic badges;
  • Verify timesheets and report overtime and night hours, sick leave, holidays, and travel;
  • Act as an interface with the treasury department for salary payments, analyze payslips, and explain them to employees;
  • Manage mandatory and continuous training;
  • Analyze and implement HR procedures, in compliance with group policies;

Required profile :

Holder of a Bac+5 degree in Human Resources,

You have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the telecommunication sector).

Discretion, diplomacy, and situational management are your strengths

You are perfectly Trilingual _ French - English - Arabic
