Job :
As part of our development, we are recruiting a Back Office Sales Administrator to strengthen our administrative and commercial team.
Main tasks:
- Ensure the processing and follow-up of customer orders
- Manage administrative operations related to sales
- Act as the link between sales teams, logistics, and customers
- Update databases and ensure reporting
- Monitor deliveries and manage any disputes
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in management, commerce, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration
- Very good command of computer tools, especially Excel
- Comfortable with digital tools and online platforms
- Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
