Job :

As part of our development, we are recruiting a Back Office Sales Administrator to strengthen our administrative and commercial team.

Main tasks:

  • Ensure the processing and follow-up of customer orders
  • Manage administrative operations related to sales
  • Act as the link between sales teams, logistics, and customers
  • Update databases and ensure reporting
  • Monitor deliveries and manage any disputes

Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in management, commerce, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration 
  • Very good command of computer tools, especially Excel
  • Comfortable with digital tools and online platforms
  • Rigor, organization, and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
