Job :

Reporting to the IT Department, the main tasks of a Change Management Officer are:
- Collect all user feedback (by email or via the GLPI tool) into tracking files for each interface or module ;
- Ensure the regular updating, reliability, and traceability of these tracking files ;
- Identify users facing difficulties and offer targeted support adapted to their needs ;
- Detect recurring misunderstandings and functional blocks to analyze their causes ;
- Suggest corrective actions and ways to improve interfaces in line with business needs ;
- Write regular summary reports on user feedback, identified malfunctions, and suggested improvements during change periods ;
- Collaborate closely with development teams and IT stakeholders to monitor, qualify, and prioritize feedback ;
- Ensure that user documentation (user guides, educational materials, and tutorial videos) is available, updated, and distributed after each IT system evolution or change.
 

Required profile :

- Hold a minimum Bac+3 degree in IT ;
- Have at least one year of professional experience in a similar role.
