An oil group present for several decades in the Moroccan market, based in Sidi Maârouf – Casablanca, with a large network of direct and indirect service stations and a continuously developing administrative organization.
As part of strengthening its headquarters, the company is recruiting a Reception & Office Manager.
Job :
You will be responsible for managing the switchboard, the office, and reception.
• Ensure the physical reception of visitors, partners, service providers, and guests;
• Manage the telephone switchboard: receiving, filtering, transferring, and following up on calls;
• Provide first-level information and direct callers to the relevant departments;
• Ensure a professional presentation and courteous welcome reflecting the group's image.
• Receive, register, and file incoming and outgoing mail, administrative documents, correspondence, and files;
• Manage the filing of customer delivery slips (BL) and ensure their archiving;
• Receive technical complaints, register them, and immediately forward them to the competent departments (technical, operations, network, etc.);
• Manage the dedicated email inbox:
o Receive requests,
o Forward to responsible persons,
o Follow up and follow-up if necessary;
• Ensure communication between different departments to streamline request processing;
Required profile :
• Bac+2 / Bac+3 in management, administration, executive assistance, reception, or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience in a similar role: reception, switchboard, office management, administrative assistance;
• Professional presentation, welcoming demeanor, and excellent communication skills;
• Perfect command of the telephone switchboard and office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Rigor, organization, autonomy, and a keen eye for detail;
