Job :

Join our team in Casablanca as a SERVICE CENTER RECEPTIONIST. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in welcoming and managing the flow within a recognized organization.

Actively contribute to the smoothness of operations and the satisfaction of stakeholders by providing professional and efficient reception. Your role will be essential to ensure a positive first impression and optimal organization.

Your main duties will include managing phone calls, physically welcoming visitors, handling mail and packages, taking and accurately relaying messages, as well as various administrative tasks related to the smooth running of the center. You will also participate in schedule management and internal request coordination.

- Ensure the physical reception of visitors and employees

- Manage the telephone switchboard and handle incoming calls

- Direct requests to the correct departments
- Manage badges / access if necessary
- Handle emails and first-level internal requests
- Support administrative teams in daily tasks
- Ensure a smooth and professional reception experience


Required profile :

A Bac +2 level of education is required, ideally in the administrative field.

Confirmed experience of 1 to 3 years is highly desirable.

  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage priorities.
  • Proficiency in common computer tools (Office Suite).
  • Discretion, rigor, and reactivity.
  • Comfort with phone communication and good communication skills.
  • Adaptability and team spirit.
