Job :

The Credit Insurance Account Manager helps develop the client portfolio by ensuring the operational link between sales teams and risk expertise functions.
They assist clients in using credit insurance solutions, while ensuring risk control, decision quality, and client satisfaction.

MAIN MISSIONS

Sales support & client relations

Work closely with front-line staff to:

  • prepare and secure commercial opportunities,
  • respond to client needs in credit insurance.

Participate in client meetings;

Be the main point of contact for clients regarding:

  • guarantees,
  • credit limits,
  • coverage terms.

Risk monitoring & operational management

  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of coverage decisions.
  • Participate in the analysis of client requests in coordination with: risk analysts, the DRA.
  • Identify and report weak signals (delays, changes in behavior, evolution of country/sector risk).
  • Monitor the portfolio: outstandings, exposures, claims and recoveries.

Decision support & internal coordination

  • Bridge the gap between commercial expectations and risk control requirements.
  • Explain, translate, and implement decisions made by the risk teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
  • Work with support functions to streamline client journeys.

Contribution to business development

  • Participate in client loyalty and relationship development.
  • Propose suitable solutions based on: sector, client size, regional economic context.

Be proactive in improving service quality.


Required profile :

Technical skills

  • Good knowledge of credit insurance principles.
  • Understanding of the mechanisms of: client risk, sector risk, country risk.
  • Ability to read and interpret economic and financial information.
  • Comfortable with office tools and information systems.

Behavioral skills

  • Customer service and commercial relationship focus.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional manner.
  • Analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Rigor and sense of priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Autonomy and sense of responsibility.

PROFILE SOUGHT

  • Higher education (Bac +4/5) in: finance, insurance, economics, management, business (with a strong interest in risk).
  • Experience sought: 2 to 5 years in credit insurance, banking, finance, risk, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the local and regional economic landscape is a plus.
  • Fluent in French; English is an asset.
