Job :

The Business Developer for the Northern Region is responsible for commercially developing Coface's solutions with companies in their geographical area. They will prospect new clients, grow the existing portfolio, and assist companies in managing their unpaid debt risks through the credit insurance, business information, and debt collection solutions offered by Coface.

Business Development

  • Actively prospect new companies (SMEs, large corporations, exporters, distributors, manufacturers, etc.).
  • Identify sales opportunities for Coface solutions.
  • Develop a prospect portfolio and ensure their conversion into clients.
  • Achieve the sales revenue and volume targets set by management.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Credit Managers, Sales Directors, etc.).
  • Conduct prospecting, presentation, and follow-up meetings.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and loyalty.

Consultative Selling

  • Present the benefits of credit insurance and client risk management services.
  • Develop commercial proposals tailored to prospects' needs.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations and contract follow-up.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and management teams to ensure an optimal client experience.

Market Watch

  •  
  • Maintain continuous competitive intelligence.
  • Identify economic trends and development opportunities in the Northern region.
  • Report strategic information to management.

Required profile :

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business, Management, Finance, Insurance, or Economics.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B business development.
  • Experience in insurance, banking, leasing, factoring, credit, or financial services is a major asset.
  • Good knowledge of the economic landscape of the Northern region of Morocco.
  • Excellent prospecting and negotiation skills.
  • Strong results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to develop a professional network.
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling techniques.
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
