Job :

Join a customer relations center specialized in the insurance sector as a French-speaking Roadside Assistance Officer in Casablanca.

In this role, you will assist French-speaking customers by providing them with quality assistance and solutions tailored to their needs. You will be a key player in customer relations, ensuring efficient, professional, and caring handling of each request.

Your mission will be to offer an optimal customer experience, represent the company's image professionally, and actively contribute to customer satisfaction and service performance.


Required profile :

  • Training level of Bac+2 or higher, ideally in a field related to customer relations or call center jobs.
  • A first successful experience of 1 to 5 years in a similar position is desired.
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
  • Very good listening, communication, and customer relations skills.
  • Sense of organization, rigor, and ability to manage priorities.
  • Responsiveness, adaptability, and ability to handle various situations.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and applications commonly used in customer relations centers.

Previous experience in a call center is a real asset.
