Join our dynamic company in the Telecom sector as an Agency Customer Advisor. This position is based in Berkane, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth in the heart of a booming region.

The main goal will be to ensure optimal customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. This involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers while actively contributing to the company's growth.

Your main tasks will be organized around several areas:

  • Greeting and managing customer requests, whether by phone, email, or in person.
  • Personalized advice on our offers and services, identifying the specific needs of each customer.
  • Handling complaints professionally and efficiently to find suitable solutions.
  • Following up on customer files and updating information in our systems.
  • Actively participating in customer loyalty and promoting our products.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bac +2 level of education is required. A specialization in areas such as Sales Administration, Customer Service, Sales, or Export would be a major asset.

First experience of 1 year is sought. This experience should ideally have been gained in similar roles where customer contact and commercial management were paramount.

In addition to your education and experience, here are the skills that will make a difference:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.
  • Active listening skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Rigor, organization, and autonomy in managing your tasks.
  • Proficiency in common computer tools.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in French.
  • An interest in the Telecom sector is a plus.
