Job :
Your main tasks as Billing & Delivery Officer will include:
Preparing and checking administrative files related to delivery
Participating in the administrative and accounting follow-up of the branch
Ensuring the delivery of new vehicles to individual customers
Guaranteeing a customer experience that meets quality standards
Preparing vehicle registration files
Validating Spare Parts / After-Sales invoices
Ensuring the accounting of the cash register (receipts and expenses)
Required profile :
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) in management, accounting, or equivalent,
Significant experience in administration, billing, and/or accounting is desired,
Rigor, organization, and attention to detail,
Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation,
Comfortable with management software (accounting and billing).
