Job :

Your main tasks as Billing & Delivery Officer will include:

  • Preparing and checking administrative files related to delivery
  • Participating in the administrative and accounting follow-up of the branch
  • Ensuring the delivery of new vehicles to individual customers
  • Guaranteeing a customer experience that meets quality standards
  • Preparing vehicle registration files
  • Validating Spare Parts / After-Sales invoices
  • Ensuring the accounting of the cash register (receipts and expenses)

Required profile :

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/4) in management, accounting, or equivalent,
  • Significant experience in administration, billing, and/or accounting is desired,
  • Rigor, organization, and attention to detail,
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation,
  • Comfortable with management software (accounting and billing).
