Job :
As a Quality Manager, you will play a central, cross-functional, and structuring role in maintaining, deploying, and continuously improving our QSE management system, ensuring its compliance with applicable standards and its alignment with the company's strategic directions.
Your main mission
Ensure the quality of processes and products, preserve the safety of employees and stakeholders, control environmental impacts, and ensure the effectiveness of the laboratory management system.
Your main responsibilities
QSE System Management & Regulatory Compliance
Advise management in the development, definition, and evolution of the Quality, Safety, and Environment policy.
Lead the QSE Management System in accordance with the requirements of applicable standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025, and other relevant standards).
Ensure monitoring of normative, regulatory, and legislative requirements related to the company's activities.
Identify gaps against applicable requirements and propose necessary actions to ensure compliance.
Define QSE objectives, contribute to the development of associated action plans, and monitor their deployment.
Provide QSE reporting to management and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement
Evaluate the effectiveness of the management system by monitoring performance indicators, stakeholder satisfaction, product conformity, personnel safety, and environmental impact control.
Identify improvement opportunities and lead actions aimed at strengthening process performance.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and organizational and industrial optimization initiatives.
Contribute to the reduction of costs related to non-quality and the improvement of overall performance.
Audits, Risks, and Corrective Actions
Coordinate the QSE internal audit program and oversee external audits (client, certification, accreditation).
Lead the analysis of causes for accidents, incidents, non-conformities, QSE malfunctions, and customer complaints.
Define and monitor corrective and preventive actions until their closure and effectiveness verification.
Conduct internal controls and propose necessary measures to maintain system compliance.
Laboratory Quality & ISO/IEC 17025 Requirements
Ensure the implementation, updating, and improvement of the laboratory management system.
Ensure the effectiveness of laboratory activities and compliance with impartiality, confidentiality, and competence requirements.
Raise laboratory staff awareness of professional integrity, impartiality, and confidentiality rules.
Identify gaps related to laboratory activities and implement actions to prevent their recurrence.
Oversee monitoring and measuring equipment (calibrations, verifications, maintenance).
Product, Process, and Customer Relationship Quality
Define monitoring plans including control ranges, measurement methods, applicable documents, and data to be collected.
Monitor the conformity of industrial products and processes.
Manage customer complaints, coordinate associated investigations, and ensure impartiality in reviewing and approving responses.
Participate in the technical study of tenders and the integration of customer requirements into internal processes.
Safety, Environment, and Risk Prevention
Ensure that health, safety at work, and environmental requirements are considered in the company's activities.
Participate in and monitor the Safety and Hygiene Committee (CSH).
Supervise waste management from collection to treatment, disposal, or recycling.
Monitor regulatory controls and ensure compliance with applicable obligations.
Animation, Communication, and Skills Development
Lead awareness and communication actions related to quality, safety, and environment.
Train and support employees on occupational health and safety risks, environmental impacts, and management system requirements.
Participate in identifying training needs and contribute to the development of internal skills.
Promote team buy-in to quality, safety, environment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required profile :
Education
Hold an engineering degree or a Master's degree in Industrial Systems Management, Quality and Organizations Management, or equivalent.
Experience
Proven experience in leading and implementing integrated management systems (IMS).
Experience in an industrial environment is a plus.
Technical skills
Proficiency in ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
Skills in process mapping, writing procedures, and document management.
Mastery of audit techniques, risk analysis, and problem-solving.
Professional English is desired.
