Job :

Mission:

  • Analyze expected profiles and adapt search based on job descriptions and kick-off meetings
  • Write and post job ads on various available platforms.
  • Manage and animate digital content.
  • Create and maintain a pool of potential candidates
  • Screen candidates.
  • Ensure all candidates complete the appropriate tests specific to each position they are recruited for.
  • Lead group or individual recruitment sessions.
  • Organize validation interviews in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up after the integration of new hires according to the Onboarding for all program.
  • Complete and update tracking tools (dashboards, recruitment contact database, etc.)

Required profile :

  • Degree in human resources, business, or communication.
  • Higher education degree in human resources, business, or communication.
  • Proven experience in recruitment.
  • Perfect command of French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Discretion, organization, sociable personality, good communication, excellent interpersonal skills with employees.
