Your main mission will be to ensure the perfect match between the needs of our teams and the skills of the candidates, by actively participating in the growth and success of our organization.
Your days will be filled with various missions:
Job :
Define the profiles sought with operational managers.
Write and publish impactful job offers on various channels.
Source and identify potential candidates via recruitment platforms, social networks, and direct sourcing.
Conduct pre-selection interviews, assess technical and behavioral skills.
Present selected candidates to managers and support the decision-making process.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.
Participate in employer branding for the company.
Required profile :
A degree of level Master's degree and above is expected, ideally in the field of Human Resources, Personnel, or Training.
Professional experience of 1 to 3 years in similar recruitment roles is required. Initial experience in the services sector would be a plus.
To excel in this role, it is essential to possess:
Excellent mastery of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to build trust with candidates and internal teams.
High autonomy, rigor, and a keen sense of organization.
Analytical ability to understand business needs and evaluate applications.
Proficiency in computer tools, particularly ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job platforms.
Team spirit and a strong desire to contribute to collective success.
Good knowledge of the local job market.
