Job :

As part of developing our business, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment Officer to join our team.

Your main tasks:

• Gather and analyze our clients' recruitment needs.
• Write and post job offers on different job boards.
• Source candidates through CV databases and professional networks.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Assess candidates' skills and write interview reports.
• Present candidates to clients and manage the recruitment process.
• Update the candidate database and provide regular reports.
   

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) to Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
• Previous recruitment experience is a plus (in an agency or company).
• Excellent communication skills in French, both spoken and written.
• Good organization, attention to detail, and team spirit.
• Proficiency in office software and recruitment platforms.
