Job :

You will support the HR team in daily staff management, recruitment, and HR administration.

Main tasks
• Participate in recruitment actions (sourcing, pre-selection, scheduling interviews).
• Ensure the administrative onboarding of new employees.
• Update employee files and HR documents.
• Manage internal communication (memos, notices, announcements…).
• Prepare contracts, certificates, and other administrative documents.
• Contribute to monitoring HR dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and labor law.

Required profile :

Profile sought
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources.
• Proven experience in a similar role is required.
• Excellent command of office software: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Sense of organization, discretion, rigor, and service orientation.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
