Join our dynamic team within a leading company in the Distribution sector in Casablanca. We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Officer to actively contribute to our growth by identifying and attracting the best talents.

Your role will be central to the development of our teams. It will involve understanding the needs of each department, sourcing relevant profiles, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will participate in developing talent attraction strategies and building lasting relationships with potential candidates.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and posting job offers on various channels.
• Actively sourcing candidates on specialized platforms and social networks.
• Conducting preliminary telephone and face-to-face interviews.
• Assessing candidates' technical and behavioral skills.
• Coordinating interviews with operational managers.
• Monitoring and managing the candidate pool.
• Participating in HR projects aimed at improving the candidate experience.
• Staying updated on best recruitment practices.

Required profile :

You hold a degree level Bac +5 or higher, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel, or Training.

A significant first experience, between 1 and 3 years, in a similar role or in recruitment is required.

To excel in this role, it is essential to have an excellent command of recruitment and sourcing techniques. A strong analytical and judgment capacity is necessary to evaluate profiles. Your interpersonal skills and listening abilities will allow you to build trusting relationships. A good understanding of the challenges in the Distribution sector would be an asset. Proficiency in computer tools and online recruitment platforms is essential. Written and oral communication skills are also expected.
