Job Description:

The Bank Customer Relations Officer is responsible for managing and following up on customer bank accounts, especially regarding loans. They assist customers in their processes and offer them solutions tailored to their financial needs.

Main Activities:
• Processing bank files:
o Receiving and analyzing customer requests.
o Administrative follow-up and updating files in compliance with regulatory requirements.
o Credit Management,
o Studying the feasibility of loan applications according to eligibility criteria.
o Assisting customers in preparing their loan files and ensuring follow-up with internal departments.
• Customer Relations and Advice:
o Providing quality customer service by responding to requests with responsiveness and professionalism.
 


Required profile :

Profile Sought:

• Good level of French, written and spoken.
• Analytical and synthesis skills.
• Service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Rigor and organization.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple files simultaneously.
Desirable technical skills:
• Knowledge of banking and credit products.
• Good writing skills to ensure rigorous administrative follow-up.
Training and experience:
• Associate's degree (Bac+2) to Master's degree (Bac+5), preferably in Banking, Finance, Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer relations, bank file management, or financing would be an asset.
