Job :
- Identify and source candidates through various recruitment channels (job boards, social networks, CV databases, etc.).
- Conduct targeted searches to build a talent pool.
- Pre-qualify candidates by phone and assess the suitability of their profile to the needs.
- Follow up on applications and update the database.
- Collaborate with recruiters to meet recruitment needs.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
- Good command of French.
- The position is dedicated to the French market.
- Experience with France Emploi / France Travail is a plus.
- Good communication, organization, and priority management skills.
