Job :
- Plan and coordinate daily transport operations.
- Ensure tracking of routes and deliveries to guarantee on-time service.
- Optimize the use of human and material resources.
- Improve vehicle fill rates and reduce empty kilometers.
- Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and service quality.
- Maintain communication with drivers, clients, and partners.
- Manage unforeseen events and implement suitable solutions.
- Monitor performance indicators and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and current regulations.
Required profile :
- Associate's degree to Master's degree in Logistics, Transport, Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the transport and logistics sector
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, ERP/TMS is a plus).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ability to handle emergency situations.
- Analytical skills, reactivity, and decision-making ability.
