We are looking for an Import/Export Documentary Credit Operations Officer to join our Group Services and Processing (STG) unit. If you are motivated and wish to evolve in a stimulating environment, this opportunity is for you!
Your mission:
As an Import/Export Documentary Credit Operations Officer, you will be responsible for opening, modifying, and executing documentary credits.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Receiving, entering, and checking the terms and conditions of various requests for opening and modifying documentary credits.
• Checking and validating operations.
• Processing correspondence.
• Checking and processing received documents.
• Sending and delivering documents to branches and clients.
• Monitoring deadlines for draws and release of claims.
• Ensuring the settlement of documentary credits.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current standards.
• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in International Trade, Finance and Accounting, Auditing and Management Control.
• Required skills:
- Processing of banking operations
- Management of post-banking operations
- Management of international banking operations
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in a foreign language
- Knowledge of internal rules and procedures
- Interpersonal skills, accuracy, organization, foresight, and stress resistance will be your main assets.
