We are looking for a Documentary Collections Operations Officer to join our entity Group Services and Processing (STG). If you are motivated and wish to grow in a stimulating environment, then this opportunity is for you!

Your mission:

As a Documentary Collections Operations Officer, you will be responsible for opening, modifying, and processing documentary collections.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, entering, and checking the terms and conditions of various requests for opening and modifying documentary collections.
• Checking and validating operations.
• Processing correspondence.
• Checking and processing received documents.
• Sending and delivering documents to branches and clients.
• Monitoring deadlines for drawings and release of reserves.
• Ensuring the settlement of documentary collections.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current standards.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in International Trade / Finance and Accounting / Auditing and Management Control

• Required skills:

- Processing of banking operations
- Management of post-banking operations
- Management of international banking operations
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in a foreign language
- Knowledge of internal rules and procedures
- Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, organization, foresight, and stress resistance will be your main assets.
