Job :

As the Billing and Collections Officer, your mission will be to:

 

  • Establish and manage client invoicing in accordance with contracts
  • Track payments and handle client follow-ups (phone / email)
  • Update tracking spreadsheets and reports
  • Coordinate with the accounting department for unpaid item tracking
  • Manage and organize administrative documents (filing, archiving, correspondence)
  • Participate in improving internal administrative procedures

Required profile :

Profile sought:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good command of office tools, especially Excel
  • Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
