Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Distribution sector as an HR Officer. The position is based in Casablanca, a stimulating environment at the heart of Moroccan economic activity. Your mission will be to actively contribute to the management and development of human resources, by participating in the implementation of the HR strategy.

The main goal of this role is to ensure the optimization of personnel management while fostering a positive and effective work environment. It involves supporting employees in their professional journey and assisting management with HR decisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participation in recruitment, from defining the need to integrating new hires.
• Administrative management of personnel: contracts, payroll, absences, etc.
• Monitoring and managing training and skills development.
• Contribution to the implementation and monitoring of HR policies.
• Supporting managers and employees on matters related to labor law and social relations.
• Participation in cross-functional HR projects.

   

Required profile :

For this position, a Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or Training. A strong academic background will be key to your success.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years is expected. It is essential that this period has been dedicated to similar roles in human resource management, allowing you to master the challenges of the profession.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills. You have a thorough knowledge of Moroccan labor law. Your listening skills, rigor, and ability to work in a team will be major assets. Proficiency in HR software tools is also a plus.
