Job :

• Ensure the administrative management of staff (contracts, amendments, certificates, administrative files, monitoring of absences and leave, etc.).
• Prepare, check, and ensure the follow-up of variable payroll elements in coordination with stakeholders.
• Ensure the compliance of staff files with current regulations.
• Manage disciplinary procedures in compliance with legal provisions and internal procedures.
• Ensure the follow-up of disciplinary sanctions and support managers in their implementation.
• Guarantee the application of HR policies and compliance with legal and social obligations.
• Advise employees and managers on administrative and regulatory issues related to human resources.
• Develop and monitor HR dashboards and indicators.
• Participate in various projects and actions for the development of the HR function.

Required profile :

Educated at Bachelor's or Master's level (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally in a structured environment.
Good command of Moroccan social legislation and labor law.
Proven experience in payroll management, staff administration, and handling disciplinary cases.
Organized, rigorous, discreet, and excellent interpersonal skills.
