As part of its business development, ALKIMIY is recruiting outbound customer service representatives for outgoing calls/callbacks

Mission:
- You will be responsible for calling/calling back prospects to offer them our clients' services/products - Your goal will be to re/qualify prospects and schedule appointments.

Net Salary

Required profile :

To succeed in this role, you must have at least a high school diploma (Bac). Higher education in sales would be an asset.

Profile sought: 

  • Excellent command of the French language, both written and spoken.
  • Clear, fluent, and professional speech.
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong persuasion ability.
  • Experience in a call center is an asset.
  • Dynamic, motivated, and committed.

 

This position is open to people with reduced mobility.
