Join our dynamic company in the automotive sector, based in the heart of Marrakech, as our new Mechanical Workshop Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead workshop operations and actively contribute to our success in a vibrant city.

Your main mission will be to ensure the operational excellence of the workshop, optimize productivity while guaranteeing an impeccable level of customer service. You will be responsible for the profitability and quality of the mechanical services offered.

Your responsibilities will include supervising and managing a team of technicians, planning and organizing interventions, managing spare parts inventory and equipment, monitoring workshop performance indicators, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. You will also be in charge of ensuring compliance with safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a Bac +2 level diploma is required, ideally in Sales Administration / After-Sales Service or a related field that offers a solid understanding of the technical and commercial aspects of the workshop.

Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector, is essential. This period will have allowed you to develop recognized expertise in workshop management and team management.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of organization, excellent communication and leadership skills. The ability to solve problems, make decisions, and work under pressure is essential. Knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools and maintenance procedures is a major asset.
