Sahmed, our subsidiary, distributes medical consumables, particularly in urology, to meet the health sector's needs for quality and availability.

Our two companies offer our clients a professional and expert sales team to meet the diverse needs of our partners: Ministry of Health (university hospital centers, provincial hospitals, specialized centers, etc.), medical equipment directorates, CNSS polyclinics, military hospitals, clinics, and private practices.

Job :

Main missions:

As a Product Manager in charge of tenders, you will be responsible for analyzing opportunities, coordinating with suppliers, and preparing technical and commercial responses, while respecting regulatory requirements.

Your main missions:

• Tender monitoring:
• Identify new opportunities (public and private sectors).• Anticipate customer and market needs.

• Request analysis:

• Study the Special Terms of Reference (STR).
• Identify technical, budgetary, and logistical constraints.
• Supplier relations:
• Negotiate technical configurations, prices, and delivery times.
• Maintain regular communication with partners to gather necessary data.

• Offer preparation:

• Draft technical and financial files according to STR requirements.
• Ensure regulatory, administrative, and technical compliance.

• Submission follow-up:

• Track the results of submitted bids.
• Analyze feedback and propose improvement actions.
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Education:

Bachelor's degree minimum in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.

• Experience:

Minimum 3 years in a similar role (back office, tenders, technical product management), ideally in the medical field or a related sector.

• Key skills:

• Mastery of tender processes (public & private)
• Good knowledge of medical devices or biomedical products
• Excellent analytical, rigor, and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
• Mastery of French and English (written and oral)
• Good command of office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
