Your role will be central in the design and implementation of strategic projects, aiming to optimize our offers and processes in the insurance field. You will be a key driver of innovation and performance.

Your responsibilities will include defining specifications, planning and monitoring projects, coordinating internal and external teams, as well as managing risks and budgets. You will actively participate in analyzing needs and proposing innovative solutions.

Among your main tasks:

• Lead complex projects from start to finish.
• Ensure communication with different stakeholders.
• Approve deliverables and ensure their compliance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies.

Required profile :

A Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required, ideally with a specialization in Insurance, Insurance Business, Project Management, or in fields such as Studies / R&D.

Confirmed experience of 5 to 10 years in project management, ideally in the insurance sector, is essential to succeed in this role.
