Job :

Main Missions:

He/She is fundamentally responsible for the project(s) in all their dimensions (strategic, commercial, financial, human, legal, organizational, technical...).

He/She manages the entire project(s) in all their complexity (multiple stakeholders, often conflicting interests...).
He/She guarantees the strategic importance of the project for the business, the company, or third parties.

Activities & Tasks
Project Management:

• Guarantees the relevance and opportunity of the project(s) development.
• Is responsible for all important decisions.
• Validates the final acceptance of the project(s).

Communication / Facilitation:

• • Takes all necessary actions to successfully complete the project(s).
• • Manages and facilitates communication with teams and various bodies.
• • Prepares and leads change management.

Resource Management:

• Manages, optimizes, and is responsible for all project(s) resources (human, budget, clients, final decision). 

DELIVERABLES

• Project management organization plan for the project(s) managed.
• Management reporting on project alignment.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Quality/Cost/Time indicators

Required profile :

• Master's degree (engineering school, university, or equivalent) in computer science, project management, or a similar field.
• More than 6 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the banking sector or within an IT department.
• Experience with Amplitude Core Banking System (CBS)
