Within the construction department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Main tasks:
• Ensure the proper execution of all approved action plans related to the fluid lot.
• Contribute significantly and decisively to the consolidation and validation of Capex reinvestment budgets for the fluid lot for the national market.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Monitor all issues related to the fluid lot reported daily by the restaurants.
• Act as the direct point of contact for restaurant managers with the 3 partners responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance under our contracts.
• Monitor the preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for the fluid lot through control audits conducted in the restaurants.
• Follow up on action plans approved jointly with the fluid lot partners based on the results of satisfaction surveys launched quarterly in the restaurants.
• Assist with and hand over the fluid lot to the project manager during provisional and final receptions of new restaurants and interface with operations.
• Organize and lead regular meetings with maintenance partners.
Education and certification:
• Specialized technician in the industrial refrigeration sector.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years in managing and monitoring files related to the fluid lot.
Essential skills:
• Mastery of technical solutions in refrigeration and air conditioning.
• Mastery of maintenance ranges and their frequencies.
• Knowledge of regulation systems.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems.
• Reading and analyzing plans and diagrams.
Detailed prerequisites:
• Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning:
Mastery of the operating principles of various industrial solutions for refrigeration and air conditioning production.
• Maintenance ranges / Preventive:
Detailed preventive maintenance instructions by equipment type with their frequency, planning methods, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Regulation:
Knowledge of regulation systems such as analog and digital temperature controllers / programmable logic controllers / microcontrollers.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving:
Mastery of diagnostic methods for refrigeration systems through operating parameters.
• Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems:
Selection of protections by type of use, choice of cable sizes and types, selectivity, electrical metering...etc.
Behavioral skills:
• Ability to collaborate/work in a team.
• Communication skills.
• Adaptability.
• Rigor.
• Active listening.
Languages:
• French: Good command of expression.
• English: Intermediate level is adequate.
