Job :

Main Missions

  1. Market Intelligence & Audience Strategy
    Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies on audiences, advertisers, and media trends
    Identify, define, and document the Group's target personas (readers, subscribers, B2B/B2C advertisers)
    Analyze usage behaviors across different platforms (web, mobile, social networks, print)
    Produce maps of priority market verticals for the Group's commercial development
    Maintain continuous competitive intelligence on the editorial and commercial offerings of local and international competitors
  2. Offer Strategy & Pricing Modeling
    Lead the redesign of the advertising rate card and subscription offers in line with audience value
    Define and structure the Group's commercial offers (advertising packages, thematic offers, sponsored events)
    Formalize value propositions by market segment and platform
    Work with the Performance & Data Operator to align offers with actual performance metrics
    Conduct regular price benchmarks in the Moroccan market and comparable markets (Africa, French-speaking Europe)
  3. Growth Strategy & Lead Generation
    Develop and implement strategies for generating qualified B2B leads (advertisers, institutional partners)
    Define strategies for acquiring and retaining B2C audiences (subscriptions, newsletters, communities)
    Co-create conversion funnels and user journeys with the Performance & Data Operator
    Identify co-marketing opportunities and synergies between the Group's various titles and platforms
  4. Cross-functional Marketing Project Management
    Coordinate marketing projects involving multiple Group entities (new product launches, rebranding, offer extensions)
    Write marketing briefs for service providers and internal teams
    Define and track marketing KPIs (conversion rate, acquisition cost, lifetime value, NPS)
    Present results and recommendations to the Marketing Manager and Business Management

Required profile :

Profile Sought

Marketing Skills

  • Mastery of market research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Experience in persona creation and market segmentation
  • Skills in developing pricing structures and offer modeling
  • Data-driven mindset: reading and interpreting marketing dashboards
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
  • Proficiency in presentation and reporting tools (PowerPoint, Canva, and Trello)

Education & Experience

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in marketing, management, economic sciences, or business school
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic marketing, ideally in media, digital, or creative industries
  • Experience in a consulting firm or strategic agency is a plus
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional project mode with multiple stakeholders
  • Leadership, synthesis skills, and decision-making ability in an uncertain environment

Languages

  • Trilingual: French, Arabic, English (spoken and written)
