Job :

Your tasks:
Design and write strategic recommendations by proposing creative concepts, campaign mechanics, media plans, KPIs, and budgets.
Identify the most relevant influencers and ensure the operational implementation of influence marketing campaigns.
Manage communication with influencers, advertisers, agencies, publishers, editorial teams, and marketing teams.
Brief internal teams and external service providers (creation, production, etc.).
Oversee operations: meet deadlines, coordinate stakeholders, launch and optimize campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance, produce reports, and suggest areas for improvement.
Organize events (press relations, product launches, after-work events, manage service providers and venues).
Supervise an Assistant Project Manager and/or an intern.
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:
Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School (ISCAE, ENCG, HEM, or equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
Driving license (Permis B) and personal vehicle are essential.
Availability for business travel.
Excellent command of social networks (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Blogs) and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Strong skills in marketing strategy, influence marketing, digital campaign management, reporting, and recommendations.
Commercial acumen, creativity, autonomy, organization, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
