Job :
As part of its development, CMC Maroc is recruiting a Construction Project Manager to lead development and construction projects, from design to delivery. You will act as the true conductor of the project, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality are met.
- Overall project management
- Project organization and structuring (schedule, documentation, process)
- Coordination of all stakeholders (Client, Design Team, Contractors)
- Planning & monitoring
- Development and monitoring of the overall schedule
- Anticipating deviations and implementing recovery plans
- Administrative & financial management
- Monitoring of contracts and amendments
- Budget control
- Validation of work progress reports
- Design & studies
- Management of design phases
- Technical coordination and plan synthesis
- Monitoring of regulatory approvals
- Tendering
- Preparation and launch of calls for tender
- Technical and financial analysis of bids
- Participation in contractor selection
- Construction monitoring
- Management of site meetings
- Monitoring of progress and quality
- Management of pre-handover inspections and work acceptance
- Reporting
- Weekly and monthly reporting
- Liaison with the client and stakeholders
Required profile :
Education
- Civil Engineering / Construction Engineer
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in TCE (all trades) project management
- Experience in site supervision / owner's representative / general contracting
Skills
- Proficiency in planning (MS Project)
- Good knowledge of TCE (HVAC, Electrical, Architecture)
- Solid foundation in contract and financial management
