Job :

Expert in our EDI systems (EDIFrance/WebEDI, EDIConnect), the EDI Project Manager ensures the operational and technical interface between the Supply Chain business needs of the client and the EDI solutions.

1. EDI Project Management & Partner Management

● EDI Project Management: End-to-end management (technical migrations, integration of new flows, connection openings).

● Generix Partner Management: Leading follow-up meetings, defining evolution requests, monitoring service quality and compliance with commitments (SLA).

● Multi-stakeholder Coordination: Central interface between the partner, Business Units / Departments, IT teams, and the internal IT department.

2. Design, Implementation & Testing

● Scoping & Specifications: Analysis of functional needs and writing of technical specifications (flow mapping).

● Development & Configuration: Setting up and implementing new EDI messages.

● Validation & Testing: Coordination of unit tests and non-regression tests, then validation of flow compliance with business teams.

● Go-live: Managing deployments and change support.

3. Operational Maintenance & Support

● Monitoring & Evolution: Daily monitoring of flow generation and integration; corrective and evolving maintenance of the existing EDI catalog.

● L3 Operational Support: Handling complex incidents and resolving high-impact issues.

Required profile :

- Master's degree (engineering school or university) in IT or equivalent experience.
- More than 7 years of experience in EDI flow management.
- Experience in the retail / mass distribution sector would be an asset.

Required Skills:

Must Have

● Expertise in EDI and mass distribution supply chain processes: Supply Chain, invoice dematerialization, banking flows)

● Mastery of EDIFACT exchange standards and SAP integration (IDocs)

● Experience with tools used by Generix: TradeXpress, GCN, AS2, X400, Infinity

Nice to Have

● Experience with file exchanges/transfers: CFT, Connect Direct, SFTP storage:

Message queues: Kafka (Apache), QSeries synchronous: API

● Monitoring: Syslog, DOCUMENTTRACKER

● Research: Knowledge of the latest standards and sector developments in the EDI field.

● Languages: Professional English essential (international context)

Coordination: Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary, internal, and external teams

● Proactive, listening, and communication skills: Clarity in explaining technical details to business teams and strong synthesis skills

● Ability to support the development of the EDI department's activity

● Responsiveness & Autonomy: High responsiveness to critical incidents (L3 Support) and ability to manage tasks independently
