Job :

As part of the development of our activities, BTechnologie is looking for a Telecom Project Manager to lead connectivity projects for Business clients.

You will work on technical projects involving FTTO, FTTx networks, and ideally WDM and IP services, ensuring the coordination of different stakeholders and monitoring studies until the solutions are delivered.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead technical studies for connectivity projects dedicated to Business clients.
• Analyze, qualify, and challenge expressed needs in order to propose suitable solutions.
• Coordinate engineering teams, deployment teams, and various partners.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines, quality, and commitments are met.
• Identify risks, implement action plans, and provide regular reporting.
• Support deployment teams in resolving technical constraints.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes, work methods, and management tools.

Required profile :

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Telecommunications, Networks, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in Telecom project management.
• Good command of FTTO and FTTx networks.
• Knowledge of WDM and IP services (L2/L3, VPN...) would be a real asset.
• Good command of QGIS.
• Experience in a Telecom operator or integrator environment is appreciated.
