CSR Project Manager - Tanger

Company :

Tanger Med Special Agency, TMSA, is responsible for the development, development, and management of the Tanger Med port complex and the industrial platform linked to it.

TMSA has adopted a new organization that formalizes the strategy of separating its operational activities into subsidiaries. The first separation concerned port activities through the company "TangerMed Port Authority"


As part of its development, TMSA is recruiting a CSR Project Manager.
 

Job :

As part of strengthening its teams, Tanger Med is recruiting a CSR / ESG Project Manager.

Reporting to the CSR department, you will contribute to the implementation and management of the Group's CSR approach across its various subsidiaries and support the structuring of ESG performance.

Main tasks:

Manage and monitor CSR/ESG projects and action plans;
Support the different entities of the Group in the implementation of the CSR approach;
Miss:Define, consolidate, and monitor ESG performance indicators;
Contribute to non-financial reporting and performance analysis;
Participate in activities related to CSR/ESG frameworks and standards;
Ensure regulatory and standards monitoring;
Identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement and propose associated action plans;
Contribute to awareness actions and the dissemination of CSR culture within the Group.

Profile sought:

Master's degree (Bac+5) / Engineering degree or specialized Master's in CSR, sustainable development, environment, ESG, or equivalent;
5 to 10 years of experience in CSR, ESG, sustainable development, or environmental roles;
Experience in managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders;
Good command of ESG KPIs, non-financial reporting, and data analysis;
Knowledge of major CSR/ESG frameworks and standards: CSRD/ESRS, ISO 26000, GRI, ISO 14001, etc.;
Experience in an industrial, port, or multi-site environment is a plus.

Required profile :

The ideal background starts with a Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +5 and above), ideally in fields such as Project Management, environmental studies, sustainable development, or R&D.

With significant experience between 5 and 10 years, you have already managed large-scale CSR projects and demonstrated your ability to turn ambitions into concrete achievements.
