CHR Sector Manager - Casablanca

Job :

The CHR Sector Manager is responsible for developing sales in the CHR channel (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Collectivities, and Resorts) in their region.

Main tasks:

- Ensure the deployment of the commercial strategy for the CHR channel.

- Ensure the prospecting and development of the CHR sector client portfolio.

- Supervise and control the sales team directly and/or indirectly.

- Propose actions to develop the channel (promotional actions and others) and ensure their implementation after approval.

- Develop market share with key clients.

- Analyze sales performance (revenue, losses, unsold items, packaging, outstanding customer credit...)

- Provide regular reports: information on activity, competition, and the market.

- Lead weekly meetings with sales teams.

Required profile :

- Holder of a Bac+5 degree in Commerce or Marketing, with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Mastery of sales and management techniques suitable for this type of business.

- Possesses excellent sales and customer relations skills.

- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, rigor, negotiation skills, and ability to make suggestions.

- Perfectly bilingual French/Arabic, English would be a plus.

- Type B driving license.
