Hydro-Cleaning Service Manager - Casablanca

Job :

Mission:
• Implement the hydro-cleaning policy;
• Carry out the preventive hydro-cleaning program;
• Ensure customer complaints regarding network unclogging and septic tank pumping are handled.

Activities:
• Ensure the execution of the preventive maintenance program for sanitation networks;
• Fulfill the requests of SRM-CS entities for curative hydro-cleaning (unclogging, cleaning, and pumping);
• Assist Prefectural and Provincial Directorates in complex network maintenance operations;
• Participate in maintenance operations for sanitation structures of the Liquid Sanitation Operations Directorate (Wastewater Treatment Plant/Sewage Pumping Station, pumping station, storm basin, storm overflow, and large collectors…);
• Participate in the management of rainy weather events and flood control;
• Monitor the performance and quality of preventive and curative interventions by the hydro-cleaning teams;
• Prepare reports and monitor the performance indicators of the Hydro-Cleaning activity;
• Manage the fleet of hydro-cleaning vehicles and monitor maintenance & repair operations
• Prepare the investment and operating budget for the Hydro-Cleaning Service;
• Ensure strict application and compliance with regulatory and contractual provisions regarding hygiene, safety, and environmental protection at Work;
• Ensure the availability of necessary tools for hydro-cleaning vehicles and rationalize their use;
• Ensure on-call duty;
 

Required profile :

Academic training:
State-recognized engineering degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
Professional experience:
More than 3 years of experience in the field is desirable.
