Reporting to the Technical Director, the Team Leader is responsible for:
- Ensuring the production plan is carried out
- Guaranteeing the availability of materials and resources.
- Monitoring performance and deviations.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and HSE requirements
Job Activities:
- Production planning and scheduling.
- Team and resource management.
- Monitoring formulas and material consumption.
- Managing traceability and production data.
- Coordination with Purchasing, Quality, Maintenance, and HSE.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum in production, industrial engineering, or agri-food.
- Experience in industrial production and team management.
- Experience in the agri-food industry
