We are hiring the best French-speaking Closers!
Are you a true salesperson/Closer at heart? Do you enjoy convincing, negotiating, and closing sales? Are you looking for a stimulating environment with attractive pay that matches your performance?
As part of the development of a high-potential Franco-Moroccan project for the French electricity connection market, we are recruiting experienced French-speaking Closers for outbound calls.
Your missions:
Contact qualified prospects in the French market (leads).
Manage the entire sales cycle until closing.
Meet and exceed set sales targets.
Ensure rigorous follow-up of prospects and commercial opportunities.
Actively participate in business development.
Profile sought:
Excellent command of the French language (oral and written).
Successful experience in telesales, closing.
Strong sales personality and love for a challenge.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Resilience, dynamism, and results-oriented.
Ability to work in a performance-driven environment.

Required profile :

A Bac +2 level (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) is required, ideally in call center professions or a sales specialization.

Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in similar roles within a call center is essential for this position. Your background must demonstrate real expertise in closing.
