Job :

We are recruiting for one of our clients, a major and recognized player in the logistics sector, a Sales Representative to strengthen its team and develop its business.

Main tasks:

 

  • Prospect, develop, and retain an existing and potential client portfolio in your area.
  • Negotiate contracts, sales offers, and orders with clients, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Provide regular sales follow-up and develop customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze the market and identify new development opportunities.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the sales strategy.
  • Write visit reports, prospecting summaries, and sales reports for management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, operations) to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Potentially supervise a small sales team or mentor junior staff in developing their skills.

Required profile :

 

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5) in sales, management, or a related field.
  • Successful experience of at least 2 years in the courier, transport, or logistics sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and listening skills.
  • Organization, rigor, and autonomy in managing your client portfolio.
  • Enthusiasm for challenges and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and the Office suite.
