Job :

Working with the Key Account Managers in your area, you will be the technical and administrative support that secures every step of the customer relationship.

• Produce sales offers on behalf of the Key Account Managers.
• Manage customer relations for your portfolio: listen to technical needs, advise on products, respond to requests.
• Negotiate terms for opening customer accounts, in line with commercial policy.
• Manage tender files (administrative, technical, financial).
• Support KAMs in following up on deliveries and managing billing files (quotes, proformas, purchase/delivery orders).
• Track customer payment status in coordination with collections, and handle complaints.
• Update sales opportunities in the CRM (Vtiger).

Required profile :

• Minimum of a 2-year degree: BTS (sales techniques) or hydraulics training.
• Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar role, ideally in the hydraulic, mechanical, or industrial sector.
• Good understanding of technical products (valves, pipes, fittings).
• Organized, autonomous, enjoys teamwork.
• Perfect command of spoken and written French.
