In a growing market, we are looking for Field Sales Representatives to promote our "Food Solution" range, across all areas of Morocco.
In a given geographical area, your tasks will be to:
Prospect and develop your client portfolio to ensure full coverage of your area;
Achieve revenue targets with your clients, with a results-driven approach;
Build loyalty, follow up, and optimize relationships with existing clients;
Propose solutions, training, and promotions to increase sales with your clients;
Implement corrective actions in case of underperformance by a client or product;
Ensure daily commercial and administrative follow-up of your sector and report on it accurately.

Required profile :
Education and Experience:
You hold a Bac+2 diploma (equivalent to a 2-year college degree), preferably in business management and sales, with at least two years of experience in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Strong sales skills and excellent interpersonal abilities;
Mastery of sales, negotiation, and persuasion techniques;
Good knowledge of professional channels (hospitality, fast food, etc.);
Familiarity with basic computer tools and communication technologies;
Languages:
Arabic and French: Good oral and written proficiency
Required Personal Qualities:
Results-oriented and enjoys challenges;
Ability to convince;
Rigor in client follow-up;
Responsiveness and dynamism;
Ability to work independently;
Good physical condition;
Moral integrity and ethics;
Mobility.
Driver's license MANDATORY.
