Your ambition will be to turn opportunities into tangible successes. The main goal will be to develop your commercial strategy within your territory, ensuring significant revenue growth. This will involve actively prospecting for new clients, retaining existing customers through a personalized approach, and building strong, lasting partnerships. You will aim to meet and exceed sales targets, while analyzing market trends to anticipate changes and adapt our offerings. Representing the company effectively in the market and maintaining a strong brand image will also be central to your responsibilities.

Your days will be filled with a variety of stimulating challenges. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales action plan, identifying promising markets and customer segments with high potential. Sales prospecting, whether direct or indirect, will be a key part of your activity, aimed at expanding our client base. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and contract signing, ensuring rigorous follow-up of ongoing deals. Customer relationship management will be crucial, involving regular visits, presentations of our products and services, and proactive problem-solving for clients. Constant competitive and market analysis will allow you to identify market opportunities and threats. You will develop compelling and well-reasoned sales proposals, tailored to the specific needs of each prospect. Active participation in trade shows and industry events will also be considered to increase our visibility.


Required profile :

To be considered for this position, a strong academic background is required. A Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is highly recommended, or equivalent experience. The ideal specialization is in Sales, Marketing, or Export. This higher education should have provided you with a deep understanding of market strategies, advanced sales techniques, and the challenges of national and international trade. It should have equipped you with strong analytical skills and the strategic vision needed to excel in a leading role.

Experience is key to succeeding in this role. We are looking for a professional with significant experience, ranging from 5 to 10 years, in similar sales functions. This experience should ideally have been gained in the industrial sector or in environments requiring a strong ability to develop a client portfolio and expertise in complex negotiations. Proven experience in managing strategic accounts and developing new international business opportunities would be a major asset. Your background should demonstrate proven success in achieving ambitious goals and a demonstrated ability to perform in demanding environments.
