Job presentation
As part of the development of our business in the Moroccan market, we are looking for an experienced sales representative specialized in selling water treatment solutions. Our company markets a unique Swiss technology (Mam-Nature Swiss), based on disruptive innovation, which radically differs from conventional systems on the market. The position covers all professional and industrial applications: anti-limescale treatment, purification, and water filtration for: drinking water, industry, as well as solutions for real estate developers.
We are looking for a candidate who already masters this market, has an established network, and can be operational quickly. Prior knowledge of the water treatment sector in Morocco is a requirement, not an advantage.

Main missions
• Prospect and develop a portfolio of B2B clients in the targeted markets.
• Identify clients' technical needs and propose suitable water treatment solutions.
• Prepare commercial offers, negotiate, and close sales.
• Ensure project follow-up, from prospecting to delivery, in coordination with the technical team.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships to ensure loyalty and generate recurring sales.
• Monitor the market, competition, and tender opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows and client meetings.
• Regularly report commercial activity and pipeline to management.
 


Required profile :

Experience and knowledge
• Proven sales experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in selling water treatment solutions in Morocco.
• Proven knowledge of the market: players, real estate developers, industrial companies, and decision-making channels.
• Established professional network in the targeted sectors (requirement).
• Technical understanding of water treatment equipment (filtration, anti-limescale, purification, osmosis, etc.).
Skills and qualities
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Autonomy, organizational skills, and results-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with both technical staff and decision-makers.
• Proficiency in French and Arabic; English is an asset.
• Driving license and national mobility.
