Do you speak perfect Portuguese? Are you a natural salesperson and passionate about travel? Join our call center and become the ambassador of our tourism offers to Lusophone customers! As part of our business expansion, we are recruiting our future B2C Salespeople (M/F) to advise and sell unforgettable travel experiences.
- Analyze customer needs to offer them tailor-made tourism packages.
- Argue and negotiate with conviction to close sales and achieve your commercial objectives.
- Build customer loyalty by offering high-quality consulting services and an impeccable customer experience.
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of booking files.

Required profile :

Perfect command of the Portuguese language (spoken and written).
A good understanding of French (for training and internal communication).
Previous successful experience in telesales, ideally in the tourism or ticketing sector.
You have a strong ability to persuade, a taste for challenges, and great resilience.
A smile, dynamism, and excellent speaking skills are your best assets.
