Job :

Your tasks


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will deploy communication programs to ensure the notoriety of the Lexus brand, while preserving its value, innovation, and optimizing costs. In this capacity, you will focus on four areas:


1. Marketing Communication:

  • Continuously develop new communication concepts to preserve the brand/product identity and bring relevant added value to the customer
  • Coordinate all communication activities: media space purchase, sponsorship files, events, fairs and exhibitions, public relations, etc.
  • Monitor investments and expenses related to communication
  • Recommend advertising and media channels to the Product/Brand Manager

2. Budget Management:

  • Develop and monitor the brand and product launch communication budget
  • Monitor the monthly marketing budget and reconcile with the Finance department to ensure balance between expenses and results
  • Develop and follow the invoicing and purchase order (PO) filing process

3. Field Marketing:

  • Recommend, deploy, and monitor the field marketing plan in collaboration with product managers and the sales division
  • Implement and coordinate merchandising tools at the network level
  • Propose and coordinate with suppliers the preparation of customer giveaways

 

4. Reporting:

  • Transmit activity reports to the relevant parties

Required profile :

Your profile

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent field

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in media marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing communication strategies

Key Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present plans and results to stakeholders
  • Proficiency in budget management and tracking marketing investments
  • Ability to coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and external partners
  • Rigor in administrative and financial follow-up (PO, invoicing)
