Job :

The experienced accountant ensures the complete management of the restaurant's accounting and participates in financial steering.

Their main tasks:

• Keeping and monitoring general accounting (invoice entry, cash receipts, expense reports, etc.).
• Checking and analyzing accounts, identifying discrepancies.
• Preparing financial statements: bank reconciliations, balance sheets, income statements.
• Monitoring tax and social obligations.
• Implementing and monitoring accounting procedures and cost control.
• Developing dashboards and reporting for management.

Required profile :

The ideal candidate is an experienced accountant capable of managing their files from A to Z, with autonomy and rigor.

They must be able to:

• Ensure complete accounting, from entry to closing.
• Perform in-depth analysis of accounts and identify discrepancies or anomalies.
• Prepare reliable financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, dashboards).
• Monitor tax and social obligations accurately and punctually.
• Implement internal control procedures and optimize costs.
• Work in an organized, autonomous, and rigorous manner, while also being proactive with management.
