Job :

Within the Group Financial Department, you will be responsible for the accounting and financial management of a portfolio of international subsidiaries.

You will be involved in all general accounting, closing, and reporting processes, while ensuring the tax and regulatory compliance of the entities you are responsible for.

You will be a key contact person between the Group Finance teams, the subsidiaries, and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Accounting Management

• Ensure the accounting records for the entities in the portfolio.
• Carry out monthly and annual closing operations.
• Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure the follow-up of balance sheet and income statement accounts.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare Group financial reports.
• Produce closing files and accounting justifications.
• Analyze variances and ensure the reliability of financial data.
• Participate in internal and external financial audits.

Tax & Statutory Obligations

• Prepare local tax declarations.
• Coordinate relations with local accounting firms and experts.
• Participate in the preparation of annual accounts.
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory obligations of each country.

IFRS Standards & Consolidation

• Perform conversions between local and IFRS frameworks.
• Prepare IFRS adjustments necessary for Group reporting.
• Ensure intercompany reconciliations.
• Contribute to the quality of financial data for consolidation.

Required profile :

Profile Sought:

• Higher education in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in general accounting.
• Good command of closing procedures and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles.
• Excellent command of Excel.
• Professional English required.
• Organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
